Food Fight carries it as did my local healthfood store. Agave Nectar is extracted from the inner core of a cactus-like plant.
Go get some and make yourself a peanut butter and Agave sandwich and then dry your tears... because yes. It's so good it will make you cry.

I'm glad you posted this Sarah. I've been seeing this mentioned a lot lately for some reason and had no idea what an agave was and why I would want the nectar. So, I guess you would use it as a form of liquid sweetener? Hmmm, I have a wicked sweet tooth.
I love Agave Nectar. I bought it from Food Fight! My local health store carries it in big squeeze bottles. Tea tastes so good with it.
We shall have to try this newest taste from the Gods.

Oh my gosh..agave nectar- I really like the dark variety..if you like it with peanut butter sandwiches you need to try it in peanut sauce - also excellent.
