My buddy Bettina's on the front page of the Vancouver Sun today!! What a great article... yay Bettina!Me? I trained the new counter girl at the shop and emptied some garbage and did 2 loads of laundry. Ahhh the life of a vegan superstar.
Now I'm sitting here watching Gerry make dinner. YES!! He's making me dinner! I believe he's making a Super Salad...not just an ordinary salad but a GIANT salad with all sorts of treats. Carrots, kale, cucumber, chickpeas... the works.
I'm tired from all this working. Can you tell?
