Note to self: Do not get a tattoo when you are days away from menstruating.
Not only will it make you a whiny bitch during the tattoo it will cause you to have a melt down when Gerry bandages you up and you will storm out without saying good-bye and bawl all the way home because you thought he was being mean and insensitive.
Addendum: Gerry came home with a bouquet of "scratch n win's". I won $20. All is well...

I try to schedule my tattoos after PMS and my during my cycle. I've made the mistake too many times to go get tattooed around that time and I was not a happy camper to work on and just had to reschedule one to finish off another day because I couldn't handle it. Your body is very sensitive around this time.
