We went and saw Journey to the Center of The Earth last night... pretty cheesy movie. It felt like it was written with a theme park ride in mind but we did watch it in 3-d so that kind of made up for the cheese factor.The last movie I saw in 3-d was House of Wax. I love love love that movie. :)
Seriously? Did you not like Brendan Fraser? He gives me the fix in my veins I need to make it through all the artsy movies that think they're "commenting on social injustice" bore... I loved Journey to the Center of the Earth!!! Exactly what I expected, buckets of cheese, action, Brendan over-acting like "Brendan" and even an Icelandic actress! Oh, and I didn't even see it in 3-D, but I have 3-D glasses to watch it at home after I buy it. Boo-Yah, I can't wait for the new Mummy film.
You know what? I think Brendan Fraser and Mathew Lillard need to do a buddy film. Wait? Maybe that would signal the coming of the apocalypse...scratch that idea.
