OMG - it looks fab - wish I could go! I was just trying to explain to someone this: "99 Cone (Irish Style) – Flaky chocolate bar inserted into any flavor soft serve." Used to get those from the ice cream man when I was an un-vegan kid in England...would be fun to have one again!
