oh! i love her! i'm sure shes snatched up and loved right away. i ALWAYS support shelter animals. as soon as i am financially stable enough for proper maintenance i'll be finding my very own shelter love.
The SPCA mentions they would love to press criminal charges but can't because the family has moved out of the country.
Is this a wise thing for the SPCA to say? Quite simply, if those that would drop off animals have to concern themselves with even the possibility of legal problems they would most likely just not drop off the animals. And that's not good thing - for the SPCA or the animals.
