I've made the Righteous Orbs several times now, they are HIT with everybody everytime!!!! I use almonds and roll them in fine unsweetened coconut. Note, because so much oil comes out of the almonds you need to cut the oil in the recipe in half, otherwise the are PUDDLES of oil dripping all over the place when you are forming the balls. -gypwytch
